4. Turnover/Pre-Construction: Our team plans and finalizes the project schedule, procures necessary permits, and assembles the project team.
5. Execution: We coordinate all aspects of the project, including site preparation, material procurement, construction, and quality control.
6. Job Closing: Our team inspects the project, resolves any remaining issues, and ensures the project is complete and ready for turnover.
7. Warranty: We provide a warranty period during which we can address any issues that may arise after the project is completed.
