• Stephen Oliver, AIA, Principal: Stephen is a licensed architect with a passion for excellence in planning and architecture. He has a deep understanding of zoning, land development, and building codes, and has worked on a range of projects, from high-rise mixed-use developments to custom residences.
• Trace Livengood, MBA, Chief Operating Officer: Trace is a detail-oriented management professional with over 15 years of experience in operations management. He has worked in the retail, private security, and architecture industries, and is dedicated to promoting positive and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Erica Flannery, AIA, Project Manager: Erica is a licensed architect with a strong background in design and management. She has a passion for creating unique and beautiful spaces that meet our clients' needs.

Our Projects

We have had the pleasure of working on a range of projects, from breweries to coffee roasters, from gyms to commercial spaces. Our goal is to create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and welcoming. Some of our notable projects include:

• Pinthouse Pizza: We worked with the Pinthouse Team to design and build exterior and interior spaces that reflect their commitment to quality and community.
• Twisted X: We collaborated with Jim Sampson, CEO, to build out their production facility and tasting room.
• Friends & Allies Brewing: Our team worked with Devon Ponds, CEO, to design and build a production facility and tasting room.
