Our family-owned and operated business has been serving the Pittsburgh area since 1987, and our story begins with Chuck's father, who started the company after years of working in the flooring industry.

Under the guidance of Chuck Sr., the business grew rapidly due to his reputation for quality and honest work. He opened the showroom in Pitcairn the next year, and in 2008, Chuck's parents retired, and Chuck asked Kelly to join him in the family business. Together, they have continued to build on the company's legacy, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and a wide range of flooring options.

Meet Our Owners

Chuck and Kelly Mazon are the owners and operators of Family Floors. They are Pittsburgh-born and raised and avid sports fans. Chuck is a University of Pittsburgh fan, while Kelly roots for Penn State. Despite their team loyalties, they somehow manage to make it work. They have a dog named Xena and two adult children, Hannah and Charlie, who have helped at the family business over the years.

When they're not working, the Mazons enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, music, fishing, kayaking, and gardening. They're passionate about their work and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for their customers.
