Gilpin Construction Co. is a general contracting and project management business with over 37 years experience. We uphold a reputation in Southeast Kentucky and have completed projects up to $5,000,000 in both the private and public/government sector. Beginning with residential construction in 1971 then moving into commercial work in the early 1980's, there has been a broad range of clients with projects in medical, schools, libraries, industrial, parking, food service, housing, churches, special use, fuel service facilities and historical renovation.

Gilpin Construction Co. has completed a wide range of projects over the years. Some of our notable projects include:

• London Community Center: This project involved the construction of a new community center in London, Kentucky. We worked closely with the city to identify areas where costs could be reduced without compromising the quality or functionality of the building. We suggested and implemented numerous changes, including the use of a warranted roof-over system and the addition of a loading dock. The project was completed on time and within budget.

• Marymount Medical Center: This project involved the construction of a new medical center in Marymount, Kentucky. We worked closely with the hospital administration to ensure that the facility met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.

• Curry Oil Company: This project involved the construction of a new office building for Curry Oil Company in Southeast Kentucky. We worked closely with the company to ensure that the building met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.

• Manchester Memorial Hospital: This project involved the construction of a new hospital in Manchester, Kentucky. We worked closely with the hospital administration to ensure that the facility met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.

• Kentucky Highlands Investments Corp.: This project involved the construction of a new office building for Kentucky Highlands Investments Corp. in Southeast Kentucky. We worked closely with the company to ensure that the building met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.

• Commonwealth of Kentucky: This project involved the construction of a new government building in Southeast Kentucky. We worked closely with state officials to ensure that the facility met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.

• Trinity Corporation: This project involved the construction of a new office building for Trinity Corporation in Southeast Kentucky. We worked closely with the company to ensure that the building met all of their needs and was completed within their budget.
