Founded in 2015 by two brothers with a third-generation legacy in construction, SCH is a homebuilding company deeply rooted in the Bryan/College Station, Texas community. • Sophie Sladovnik, New Home Counselor: Sophie's passion for helping families find their dream homes shines through her dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
