Company History

Our journey began when Joseph and Joan Richardi founded the company in 1979. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation in the construction industry by providing exceptional services and unparalleled customer satisfaction. We specialize in architecturally designed waterfront homes and have completed numerous projects in the area including the Pen Bay Women's Center in Rockport, The Rockland Savings and Loan, the Knox Mill in Camden, the Bowdoin Mill in Topsham, FrontierVision (now Pen Bay Medical Data Center), Pen Bay Urology Building, the Rockland Public Library Addition and Renovation, the addition to the Hope Elementary School, Schatz Fletcher Building in Augusta, Midcoast Family Dentistry in Rockport, and the addition to the Appleton Village School.
