Projects

We have successfully completed numerous projects across various sectors. Some of our recent projects include The One Apartment Complex in Fayetteville, NC, which is currently under construction and features 264 units in a pet-friendly community with exceptional amenities. Another project is the Senior Center East for the City of Fayetteville, which is also under construction and will provide activities and amenities for Fayetteville's senior community.

Additionally, we are working on the Tar Heel PreK-8 Bladen County School in Tar Heel, NC, which is a new ~83,348 SF PreK-8 School designed to replace the existing Tar Heel School in Bladen County. We recently completed the Slay Transportation project in Hope Mills, NC, which involved adding 4,100 SY of additional heavy-duty asphalt parking. Lastly, we completed the VA Hospital D Wing Expansion in Fayetteville.
