Our Story

Our founder, Greg M. Roesler, ASLA, PLA, has over 26 years of experience in the landscape architectural industry. Greg began his career in the green industry while studying for his undergraduate degree in Horticulture and Agronomy at the University of Georgia. He worked for several companies, including Scotts Lawn Service and Ruppert Landscape, before pursuing his Master's degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Florida. Greg has vast experience in construction management, having previously served as a Project Manager for Valley Crest Landscape Development. He has also worked as an Associate at Norris Design, managing projects throughout Florida.

Our Process

Our design process typically begins with a site survey and conceptual 2D schematic design plan, which includes a conceptual illustration of the proposed design elements based on client discussions and site analysis. We provide an opinion of probable construction costs at this stage, allowing our clients to budget effectively for their project. The next phase involves converting the concept design into implementable construction documents, which are used by bidding contractors. We then obtain bid proposals and select contractors who appreciate our detailed design and associated construction. Finally, we work closely with our clients to obtain permits and approvals, ensuring that their project is compliant with all relevant regulations and authorities.
