Our story began when Ron Durham, a long-time member of the Plano Air family, started his career in 1986 as an install helper. Over the years, Ron dedicated himself to providing the best service possible, believing that everyone deserves exceptional customer service. When a consolidator bought out Plano Air in 1998, Ron and longtime accountant Don Harris decided to take over the legacy of Plano Air Conditioning and Heating. Today, the company is still family-owned and operated, with Ron's daughter Elizabeth handling dispatch duties and handling customer service.
