R&R Horn Contractors has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1992 when Richard Horn first started the company with a single backhoe. Today, the company has grown to over 40 employees and a heavy equipment fleet of 50 units, with Quin Hogan joining the team in 2003, bringing valuable project and system management experience. As a fully licensed and insured general contractor, R&R Horn Contractors manages contracts, budgets, and oversees accounting and tax compliance with a detailed and experienced team, ensuring the company's financial stability.

Our team of well-trained field crews works efficiently with owners, project managers, and superintendents to ensure high-quality construction services and client satisfaction from project inception through project completion and beyond. We take pride in completing projects on-time using critical path schedules, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our resources are catered to handle all phases of construction projects from site development to vertical construction and on and off-site finishes.

Our Services

At R&R Horn Contractors, we specialize in both public and private sector projects. Our public projects include school construction and remodeling, major roadway construction, public utility installation, and streambed repair/alterations. In the private sector, we focus on constructing multi-family residential developments, landfill construction, site developments for hospitals, shopping centers, and other commercial sites. We also offer fencing and masonry services under our Class C13 and Class C46 licenses.
