Our family's journey in the wood flooring industry stretches back to the 1950s. It all started with Ray Haysley, who began his carpentry apprenticeship in that very decade. Over time, his sons, Terry and Ronnie, joined him, each carving out their own successful paths in the industry. In the 1990s, Ronnie decided to join forces with his father and establish R&R Hardwood Flooring. Today, the business proudly stands under his leadership, alongside his wife Paula and son Dale.
