Briner Building

Founded in 1969, Briner Building is a design/build general contractor with a rich history of providing industry-leading construction services to clients throughout Northeast Indiana and Ohio. Our comprehensive design/build solutions make us your ideal partner for construction projects. We're committed to quality, integrity, responsibility, community, and partnership. With offices in Bluffton and Fort Wayne, and the ability to self-perform steel erection services, we're equipped to handle projects ranging from 5,000 sf buildings to over 500,000 sf industrial building systems.

Our History

Briner Building started as a specialized agriculture construction company, constructing commercial Butler engineered grain bins, elevators, and farm buildings. Over the years, we've expanded our services to include full-service construction management, specializing in design-build Butler Building Systems. We're proud to be one of the only full-service, design/build general contractors in the region.

Our Team

Our talented and experienced team includes more than 40 employees, ranging from carpenters and steel erectors to concrete laborers and project managers. We work together to make our clients' visions a reality, both in the office and in the field.
