What to Expect

At Ability Plus Roofing, we understand that getting a new roof can be a stressful and overwhelming process. That's why we want to guide you through what to expect from start to finish. From the first call or email we receive from you, we will gather a few details and set up an appointment to come measure your roof. Within the next 1-2 business days, we will email your roof estimate to you. Once the estimate is accepted, we will add you to our schedule. About a week before we start, we will call and confirm a date with you and then load the materials onto your roof. The first phase of work is the tear-off and installing the underlayment so the roof is "dried in." Then we start installing the new shingles. The average house takes us about 2-3 days. After the roof is completed, we then call and set up a time to do a final walk-through and quality check on the roof.
