Waterproofing/Plaza Deck Renovations

Pro-Max offers hot and cold applied waterproofing membrane installations with warranties of up to 20 years in planters and on plaza decks, as well as complete plaza deck renovations. Our waterproofing services include custom cabanas, custom planters & pots, deck coatings, expansion joints, IPE wood finishes, irrigation systems, landscaping, lighting, new paver or tile finishes, new pool configurations, new pool finishes and coping, pergolas or green "living wall" screens, planter wall configurations, removal and re-installation of waterproofing, and synthetic grass.

Painting

Pro-Max was originally founded as a commercial paint contracting company and offers a wide variety of self-performed commercial paint, sealant, and decorative coating services. We specialize in hi-rise, mid-rise, and multi-family properties, and offer interior or exterior services with warranties of up to 15 years! Our painting services include balcony railings, caulking/sealant replacements, deck coatings, elastomeric coatings, electrostatic metal re-finishing, epoxy garage floor coatings, masonry wall coatings, and window frames.

Pro-Max is a Certified General Contractor successfully performing multi-family and hotel renovation interiors since 1994. Our Full Interior Renovation Services Include, but not limited to: Demolition, Drywall, Carpentry, Doors and Hardware, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Low Voltage, and Final Cleaning.
