Mountain Hearth & Patio was founded by Colorado native Jake Johnson over 20 years ago. With a deep understanding of the unique high-altitude challenges that the fireplace systems of Colorado face, we have installed and serviced just about every type of fireplace, insert, stove, and chimney imaginable.
