With over two decades of residential construction management experience, our owner, Paul Szostak, oversees each home construction from concept to completion, ensuring that the best talent is leveraged in developing and constructing your home. Paul is a lifetime director to the Board of Pennsylvania Builders Association, a licensed Code Inspector, and a member of the International Code Council and Pennsylvania Association of Building Code Officials. He also serves on the Board of Wayne-Pike Building Industry Association.

Our design consultant, Courtney Barring, brings a unique perspective to the table with her BFA in Fine Arts from FIT and over 15 years of customer service and home design experience. She helps our customers with space planning, custom electrical plans, kitchen and bath designs, and all aspects of the custom home building process. Her passion for color and design and excitement about the home building process make her an invaluable asset to our customers.

Lisa Edwards, our Office Manager, has 35 years of administrative and customer service experience. She has worked for over two decades for a Civil Engineering Firm as Office Manager and Field Technician. Her extensive experience in the construction field helps manage the day-to-day operations of our business.
