Our History

Founded by John Hayman in 1872, our company has a rich history that spans multiple generations. Starting as a small masonry contractor, Hayman Brothers, Masonry Contractors, the company grew and evolved over the years, incorporating as The John Hayman and Sons Company, Limited in 1913. In 2003, Hayman Construction Inc. was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of The John Hayman and Sons Company, Limited. Today, we are proud to celebrate our 150th anniversary.
