Our Studio
Our Chamblee, GA design studio and surrounding land serve as both inspiration and trial grounds for our elegant gardens. The studio, housed in a renovated 1920s farmhouse, features a greenhouse, cold frame, wildflower meadow, brimming vegetable plots, and perennial borders, showcasing our passion for horticulture, creativity, and love of land and place.
Commitment and Transparency Issues
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the company's failure to meet commitments and lack of transparency in their communication. Specifically, Nitesh Chaudhary experienced delays in design timelines, and the company quoted a higher design fee than initially discussed. When asked to lower the fee, they did, but failed to complete all discussed items and sent a bill instead.
Pricing Concerns
Multiple reviewers mentioned that the company's pricing was significantly higher than expected. Nitesh Chaudhary received a quote that was 2.5 times higher than other quotes he received, and 3 times higher than the initial budget discussed. Woolheater also noted that the proposal was twice the price of another proposal from a different landscape architect.

On the other hand, Greg McCord had a positive experience working with Alex Smith and his team, finding it a pleasure to collaborate with them on a fountain project.
Additional Fees
Woolheater also mentioned that the company charged a separate fee just for visiting the property to discuss the project, which added to the overall cost.
