With roots dating back to 1957, our company has grown from humble beginnings to an established leader in the construction industry. Founded by J.M. O'Brien as J.M. O'Brien Company, the business evolved over the years through mergers and rebranding, ultimately becoming the HLF Companies. In 1994, RFS, Inc. went public, and Grace Construction was spun off as an independent company. Today, we remain a family-owned and operated business, with a strong focus on partnering with our clients to deliver successful projects.
