Excellent Customer Service and Quick Repairs
The majority of customers have praised Complete Appliance Service for their prompt and efficient repair services. The technicians, such as JB and Branden, have been commended for their friendly and helpful demeanor, quickly diagnosing and fixing issues with refrigerators, dryers, and washers. Customers have appreciated the quick response time, with some issues being resolved within thirty minutes or on the same day.
Issue with Dishwasher Repair and Unreliable Technicians
On the other hand, some customers have experienced subpar service from Complete Appliance Service. Vinay Kumar's dishwasher repair issue was not resolved despite following up with the company, and Penny Merry's repairman failed to show up on time, leaving her without a resolution. Brandon Hornsby's experience was particularly negative, as the washer he purchased from the company turned out to be faulty and required multiple repairs.
Warranty and Refund Issues
