Our History

Founded in 1981, Pendery Construction has been serving the Cincinnati area for over four decades. We started as a one-man operation and have grown into a diverse mix of skilled employees and contractors. Today, the company is owned and managed by Todd Walters and Jeff Long, both long-time employees and business partners with over 70 years of combined industry experience.

Under Todd and Jeff's leadership, Pendery Construction continues to uphold its tradition of quality home renovations and exceptional customer care. 5. Proposal Review: We meet to review the proposal, final design, and details.

6. Construction and Follow-up: We establish a schedule, obtain the proper permits, and begin work. We keep you informed every step of the way and ensure that you are the key decision-maker in your project.
