Tri-Square Construction is a general and electrical construction company specializing in the construction and maintenance of wireless communication sites in Northern, Central, and Bay Area, California and more recently Las Vegas, Nevada markets. The company was founded in March, 2003 by industry specialists Jeff and Shannon Baggaley and has an additional 60 employees. Since its inception, Tri-Square has provided exceptional local expertise in the field, along with unequaled customer service to back it.

Shannon Baggaley brings decades of construction management, accounting and finance experience. She holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management and has an excellent understanding of financial analysis, project management and job costing procedures, along with extensive knowledge of the wireless industry and handling of management and finance needs for the contracting business. Jeff Baggaley's background is in wireless communication. Since 1989 Jeff has built and serviced thousands of wireless communication sites within Northern California and Nevada. In addition, he has value engineered some of Northern California's most difficult sites, and remodeled several tenant improvement projects to existing structures. Jeff holds a class B and C10 Contractors License, as well as a design build estimator. He has superb trouble-shooting abilities, takes customer relationships seriously, and has never missed an on-air date. His work ethic, expertise, and customer care has earned him a reputation of the best in the industry.

What We Do

Tri-Square can help you build your wireless communication site from the ground up. Our new site services include site preparation, road construction, tower foundations, shelter and BTS foundations. We also offer collocation solutions, tower extensions and structural upgrades, coax and antenna install, and tenant improvement. Additionally, our repair and maintenance services ensure that your build complies with carrier-specific standards. We provide preventative maintenance, sweep testing, trouble shoot and repair, and antenna system testing services.
