Our Story

Access Lock & Key is a locally owned and operated business serving all of Northwest Arkansas. Founded in 2004 by Brian Secrest, the company has become a trusted name in the region for fast, reliable locksmith services. Based in Bentonville, we proudly serve communities throughout the area, including Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, and Fayetteville.

Our journey began in Joplin, Missouri, but in 2011, a devastating EF-5 tornado struck, causing extensive damage to Brian's home and business. This experience fueled his determination to establish a strong and compassionate presence in his new home of Bentonville.
