At Bartlett Homes & Services, we are a family-owned and operated business with a commitment to excellence and a passion for building custom homes, additions, and remodels. Our story began when Danny Bartlett, a US Army Veteran and contractor, started his journey in the construction industry in 2007. With his wife Cheri's support, he left Home Depot and opened Bartlett Homes & Services, becoming one of the most respected contractors in Northeast Florida.

Our team is led by Danny, who is joined by his three sons: Josh, a US Navy Veteran and Certified Professional Inspector; Trey, a soon-to-be Mechanical Engineer; and Jered, who has recently graduated high school and is exploring an engineering degree.

At Bartlett Homes & Services, we understand that building or renovating a home is a significant investment, and we are dedicated to making the process stress-free and enjoyable.
