Our Team

Our story began with Robert Blackamore Jr., a skilled tile layer with decades of experience. After years of hard labor and the Great Recession of 2007-2009, he saw an opportunity to redefine himself and his business. With the support of his son Robert Blackamore III and a few hand-picked tradesmen, we have experienced consistent yearly growth ever since. The addition of son-in-law Lee Adame's business acumen in 2014 fortified the operation, allowing us to navigate complex projects with ease and precision. Our team is now comprised of three Superintendents, 35 work crews, and a staff that includes experts in their respective fields. We take pride in our diverse team, which encompasses people from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. This inclusivity is a cornerstone of our ethos, reflecting our values and commitment to community engagement.
