Our journey began with Raul Souza, a professional builder from Chile, who immigrated to the United States in 1997. Raul expanded his family's craft by studying modern construction techniques, including accounting, codes, and management. In 2005, he earned his North Carolina General Contractor's license and started his own construction company. Over the years, Raul has built a strong team of loyal artisans, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and attention to detail.

The Eight Steps of Our Process
1. Initial Consultation: We discuss the client's needs, desires, budget, and design concepts to understand their vision.
2. Design: We review and refine the design, incorporating the client's ideas and providing a detailed estimate.
3. Contract Signing: We formalize the agreement and ensure that all expectations are met.
4. Groundbreaking, Foundation Pouring, Framing: We transform the empty lot into the structure of the new home.
5. Preliminary Walk-Through: We provide a tour of the framed home to confirm final locations of electrical outlets, plumbing, and other features.
6. Plumbing, Wiring, Heating Systems, Insulation, and Drywall: The new home takes shape as we complete the essential systems and finishes.
7. Outdoor and Indoor Finishes; Trim, Painting, and Landscaping: We add the finishing touches, including outdoor and indoor landscaping.
8. New Home Orientation: We provide a comprehensive orientation to the new homeowner, explaining the mechanical systems, appliances, and maintenance requirements.
