Roof Coating
Our roof coating service extends roof lifespan by applying elastomeric coatings that reflect UV rays and prevent leaks. Using premium Tucson Rubberized 7000 with a 15-year manufacturer warranty, we follow a 12-step process including pressure washing, spot patching, and dual-coat application. Ideal for both residential and commercial properties in Tucson's climate, this service reduces energy costs by up to 25% while providing waterproof protection against extreme weather conditions.
Roof Repair
Specializing in both emergency and scheduled roof repairs, we address leaks, damaged shingles, and structural issues using industry-standard techniques. Our process includes debris removal, pressure washing, material replacement, and elastomeric sealing. With over 5,000 completed jobs since 2003, we offer 2-year workmanship warranties and prioritize long-term solutions that often eliminate the need for full replacements, saving clients significant costs while maintaining roof integrity.
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting service combines aesthetic enhancement with protective functionality using premium acrylic paints. The multi-step process includes surface preparation, pressure washing, crack repair, and proper priming. With specialized techniques for different materials like stucco and wood, our team ensures even coverage that withstands Arizona's climate. Completed with a limited liability warranty, this service improves property value while protecting against sun damage and weathering for 5-10 years.
Stucco Repair
We specialize in repairing stucco surfaces through comprehensive assessment, crack filling, and texture matching. Our process addresses both cosmetic issues and structural concerns, using materials that resist cracking from thermal expansion. By combining pressure washing with proper sealing techniques, we restore exterior walls' appearance while preventing water intrusion. This service extends building lifespan and maintains Tucson's distinctive architectural aesthetics with professional-grade durability.
Emergency Roof Patching
Available 24/7, our emergency roof patching service addresses sudden leaks and storm damage with rapid response times. Using durable elastomeric materials and temporary sealing solutions, we prevent further property damage while planning permanent repairs. Our technicians follow safety protocols for immediate stabilization, then implement long-term fixes during regular business hours. This critical service protects homes and businesses from Arizona's unpredictable weather events with minimal disruption to daily operations.
