Since 2007, Owner, Phil Calinda has chaired the Education Committee of the Community Builders & Remodelers Association (CBRA) of NJ (now known as Metro). The CBRA offers over 80 classes and numerous professional certification exams which have allowed more than 225 students from across the country to improve and succeed in their field.

In addition to his educational activities, Phil also participates in a number of local, state and national association committees, as well as local civic activities. In recent years, Phil has been involved with the following organizations:

Phil is the recipient of numerous awards and industry recognition. On March 25, 2015 Phil was official recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Graduate Master Remodeler. This designation is an honor that few remodelers achieve and requires many years of hard work and dedication to earn.
