Customer Service Experience
There were two distinct experiences with the customer service team. On one hand, Scott DeYoung, a homeowner, reported a positive encounter, finding the staff to be extremely professional and informative. They were treated with respect and provided with valuable information, despite not being a primary contractor client.
On the other hand, Thomas Byron Dean had a disastrous experience. They ordered tile in July 2022 but didn't receive it until late December 2022, and when they tried to inquire about the delay, they were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. The staff member interrupted them and even flat-out refused to let them speak.
Project Timelines and Completion
Thomas Byron Dean also mentioned that their roofing project, which began in July 2022, wasn't completed until January 2023, indicating a significant delay.
