Established in 2014, INDECON BUILDERS is a full-service commercial general contractor headquartered in Orange County, California. Led by Founding Principal Michael Pulley, with over 40 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering solid results through a quality performance built on trust and experience. Design Build

As a certified Design-Build Contractor by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and a licensed Real Estate Broker, we offer a complete single point of contact service. This includes streamlining both the entitlement and construction process, ensuring on-time delivery and best value projects. Our team works closely with architects and civil engineers to provide the best value for our clients during the design-build process.

Pre-Construction

Our pre-construction services include utility coordination, which can have a positive impact on the overall construction duration. We also have a QSP license that protects clients during the construction phase, ensuring all BMPs are properly maintained and all required reports are submitted to the State Water Quality Board as required by law.

Tenant Services

We offer full-service tenant consultation including brokerage and construction services. Our expertise includes tenant improvements, and we have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
