Our History

Johnson's Legacy Landscapes started as a division of Johnson's Garden Centers in the mid-1980s. In December of 2007, we decided to divide the company into two separate entities to allow for more growth. Since our replanting, we have strived to maintain and nurture the philosophy of honesty, hard work, and giving our best in everything that we do. Our forefathers Harold and Orie lived by this philosophy, and we continue to carry it on today.

Our Team

Our team is led by owners Matt and Amy King, who took over Johnson's Legacy Landscapes in 2022. Our landscape designers, Kelvin Hague and Dennis Strole, have decades of experience in the industry and are passionate about creating outdoor spaces that bring joy and pride to our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with their outdoor spaces.
