Our Team

Our team of experienced architects and designers has a deep passion for design and a commitment to excellence. With a combined total of over 50 years of experience, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations.

Cheryl Fosdick, AIA, is the principal of CF Design and has over 30 years of experience in the field. She received her Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and is licensed in the State of Minnesota. Cheryl has designed over 100 homes and has received numerous awards for her designs, including the AIA Honor Award and the AIAMN Honor Award.

Joe Krumpelmann, AIA, has over 30 years of experience in the field and has worked on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial. He received his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and is licensed in the State of Minnesota. Joe is also a certified LEED Accredited Professional and has worked on several LEED-certified projects.

Jeremy Jones, AIA, is a passionate designer who believes that good design should be functional, sustainable, and beautiful. He received his Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado and is licensed in the State of Minnesota.

Bailey Hanson, AIA, is a certified Passive House Consultant and is passionate about designing homes that are not only beautiful but also healthy and sustainable. She received her Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado and is licensed in the State of Minnesota.
