Shehadi Rugs has been around since 1900, with a rich history that spans four generations. Founded by Joseph Shehadi, the company started as a small operation in Syracuse, New York, focusing on oriental rugs. Over the years, the business grew and diversified, with the addition of modern and contemporary rugs, as well as a home furnishings department. Today, Shehadi Inc. is the largest and oldest area rugs retailer and rug cleaning company in Syracuse and Central New York.

Meet Our Team

Steve Shehadi, the current owner, has been leading the company since 1977. He is joined by his daughter Gabrielle, who has been part of the team since 2016. Together, they continue the legacy of Shehadi Rugs, ensuring that the business remains a trusted name in the industry.
