Company History

Our company was established in 1995, with the founder, Tom, starting his construction career in 1981. After working his way up through the ranks of a large contracting firm, Tom gained valuable experience and expertise. He later started his own business, earning a reputation for delivering high-quality projects. In 1995, Tom, along with his wife Kimberley, formed Roswold Inc. In 2015, the company relocated to Cle Elum and changed its name to Roswold Construction Inc. to reflect its expanding scope of work.
