Quality of Construction
Most reviewers were extremely satisfied with the quality of their Benchmark homes, citing excellent communication, responsive crews, and beautiful finished products. They praised the professionalism of the staff, including superintendents Allan and Sonny, and office staff Melanie and Bailey. Reviewers mentioned that their homes were well-built and sound, with one reviewer stating they would use Benchmark again to build another home.
Issues with Quality

One reviewer mentioned a range of problems, including a faulty AC unit, a dishwasher that didn't work, and a toilet that was installed too close to the wall.
