Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our President, Gary Richter, has been in the family business for decades and is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. He's also part owner of Capital Well Service and serves on the company's Board of Directors. Gary has served on the Atascosa Economic Development Board of Directors and the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Chris Richter, the 5th generation in Richter Construction, oversees field operations and estimating. Karen Richter, our Comptroller, has been working for the company since 2002 and has a background in human resources and engineering. Rudy Ximenez and Don Luna are our superintendents, with decades of experience in framing and finishing crews.
