Our History

In 1995, Richard J. Roy founded Rick Roy Construction as a small home-based business on Cape Cod. Through his industry knowledge, ability to select and retain the best staff, and referrals from loyal customers, the company quickly grew beyond its humble beginnings. In 2003, we broke ground on a new commercial complex, which included two 9,800-square-foot buildings in Harwich. We moved into one of the buildings in 2004, and in 2009, we expanded our operations by purchasing another portion of the building, which added a custom cabinet shop, paint spray booth, expanded offices, and more warehouse space.

Today, Rick Roy Construction, LLC has a team of approximately 25 full-time staff members and a network of trusted and proven subcontractors to meet our clients' specific needs. Our company has earned its reputation by providing exceptional service, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
