Action Locksmith, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business with a rich history spanning over three decades. Founded by Mark Rovinsky, a second-generation locksmith, our company has grown into one of the most respected and trusted locksmith companies in Michigan.

Our Story

Mark Rovinsky's journey in locksmithing began in the 60's, watching his father, Ben Rovinsky, operate R&R Safe and Lock. Mark's oldest brother, Robert, would often join their father on service calls, and Mark would observe the skills and techniques used to solve various locksmithing challenges. This exposure instilled in Mark a passion for the trade, and he began working alongside his father in the 80's. After his father's retirement, Mark started Action Safe & Lock in 1989-1990, which later evolved into Action Locksmith, Inc.

Our team comprises experienced professionals, led by Mark Rovinsky and Robin James, a lead technician with over eleven years of extensive experience in all facets of locksmithing. • Residential: We warranty against manufacturer defects (not abuse) for six months. Longer at our discretion.
• Commercial: We warranty the hardware against manufacturer defects (not abuse) for three months. Longer at our discretion.
• Workmanship: Guaranteed for life, so long as no alterations, modifications, or changes are made by anyone other than an Action Locksmith, Inc. technician.
