Questions
How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?
We recommend biannual maintenance: once for AC in spring and once for heating systems in fall. This preserves warranties and ensures optimal efficiency.
What are signs my AC needs repair?
Watch for strange noises, hotspots, reduced efficiency, or rising energy bills. Contact us immediately for professional diagnostics and repairs.
Does air conditioning reduce humidity?
Yes, properly sized systems remove excess moisture while cooling, improving comfort and preventing mold growth in Texas' humid climate.
Can I finance HVAC replacement?
We offer zero-down financing options with approved credit, including 60-month special financing plans for qualifying customers.
How long do HVAC systems last?
With proper maintenance, AC units typically last 10-15 years while furnaces operate 15-20 years. Regular servicing extends equipment lifespan significantly.
