Community Design Alliance (CDA) is a community-based architecture, interior design, and planning firm dedicated to supporting and inspiring the revitalization of the City of Hamilton and all regional communities. Our commitment to creating effective architectural and interior design solutions through partnerships of public and private entities has been the cornerstone of our practice since our inception in 2012.

Our Founders: Cindy and Mike Dingeldein

CDA was co-founded by Cindy and Mike Dingeldein, both of whom had a rewarding 28-year career as partners and Vice Presidents at SHP Leading Design. With their combined expertise in architecture and interior design, they envisioned a firm that could leverage creative and cost-conscious solutions to benefit the community. Their passion for revitalizing the City of Hamilton and its surrounding regions has driven CDA's mission to provide innovative and functional design solutions that enhance the quality of life for residents and businesses alike.
