Over the years, we have had the privilege of working on numerous projects that showcase our skills and expertise. Below are a few examples of our recent work:

• White Oak Straight Stair: This Boston stair project, made of solid and veneer rift white oak, was modeled in Rhino and featured complex rail components cut on a 5-axis CNC machine. All stair sections were prefabricated in our shop and then set in place in the field. Despite its simple clean design, this was an extremely challenging job because all components and sections had to align perfectly with no moldings to cover joints. Designed by Butz & Klug Architecture and built by Pomeroy & Co., this project showcases our ability to tackle complex designs with precision and accuracy.

• Contemporary Curved Stair: This elliptical stair, crafted from walnut treads and risers, was designed to give an up-to-date yet classic look. The craftsmen at Hardwood Design worked closely with Steven Harris Architects and Seadar Builders to create this masterpiece, which required a model to be built to ensure that no detail was missed. The curve in this elliptical stair demanded highly specific measurements and attention, resulting in a stunning ribbon-like design that seamlessly fits into the home and serves as a statement piece of architecture.
