  • La Hacienda Villas: A multi-phase, 210-unit condominium complex in Lago Vista, Texas, with a TNRCC wastewater permit obtained through T.M.G.
  • Rolling Hills Reserve: A 1,147-acre single-family subdivision in Burnet County, Texas, featuring a range of services, including street plan and profile plan sheets, grading, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and erosion and sedimentation control design.
  • Lakshore Drive Waterline Extension: A site plan application submitted to the City of Austin for the extension of a waterline into an existing right-of-way.
  • SH 130 - Study of Pavement Failures: An investigation of pavement failures on Texas Toll Road SH130, including surveying and topographical measurements every 5 feet.
  • Greenshores on Lake Austin: An upscale lakefront community featuring engineering and surveying services for design and permitting of utilities, waste treatment plant, and Municipal Utility District (MUD) creation.
  • Montechino: A Lake Travis area mixed-use land development featuring engineering and surveying services for site development design, offsite utilities, and construction management.
