- La Hacienda Villas: A multi-phase, 210-unit condominium complex in Lago Vista, Texas, with a TNRCC wastewater permit obtained through T.M.G.
- Rolling Hills Reserve: A 1,147-acre single-family subdivision in Burnet County, Texas, featuring a range of services, including street plan and profile plan sheets, grading, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and erosion and sedimentation control design.
- Lakshore Drive Waterline Extension: A site plan application submitted to the City of Austin for the extension of a waterline into an existing right-of-way.
- SH 130 - Study of Pavement Failures: An investigation of pavement failures on Texas Toll Road SH130, including surveying and topographical measurements every 5 feet.
