Our Story

I, Antonio "Devon" Thibeault, founded The Underground Carpenter with the sole intention of creating unique, handcrafted pieces that exceed our clients' expectations. With a passion for woodworking instilled in me from a young age, I've spent decades honing my skills and expanding my knowledge. My training began with my father and continued through part-time jobs, apprenticeships, and extensive training at the renowned North Bennett Street School in Boston.
