Joey Lawrenz, Manager and Owner of Blue River Construction, has more than 20 years' experience in the trades and a background in design and engineering. Joey is an expert craftsman in the building arts with an exceptional eye for detail. His effectiveness is proven through his action-oriented team approach towards each project. Joey takes a deliberate approach to all aspects of the construction process from ideation through final product and values the importance of pre-construction coordination in line with each project's big picture.

Joey has also worked as an Owners Representative in the construction process and the maintenance of both residential and commercial endeavors. His extensive knowledge and experience make him an invaluable asset to our team and to our clients.
