In 1991, Scuba Pool Repair was formed, filling a void in the swimming pool repair industry. There were companies that specialized in underwater repair before us, but none persevered. This made the beginning difficult in those previous attempts at establishing an underwater repair industry failed, lending to a "fly by night" reputation. Through our quality work and vigilance, we have become a well-respected resource in our industry.

Drew Anderson formed Scuba Pool Repair in 1991. Drew had been diving professionally for many years as a scientific diver for the Monterey Bay Aquarium. After leaving the aquarium, Drew was quick to recognize that there was an industry waiting to be developed. Scuba Pool Repair has been repairing swimming pools since then in the Silicon Valley, on the Peninsula, and in the East Bay. Some of our noted accomplishments include repairs of major university pools including Stanford, and UC Santa Cruz, as well as underwater repair work and consultation for major commercial aquariums on the West and East Coasts.
