*Elise Lindgram, Operations Manager:* As the Operations Manager and Second in Command, Elise Lindgram oversees all aspects of office management, construction, HR, and employee relations. Her expertise and leadership help ensure the smooth functioning of Quantum's operations.

*Project Managers:* Our team of project managers, including Andy Sites, Cal Thompson, and Matt Griffin, are responsible for managing job sites and serving as the primary contact for clients.
