John Wieser's passion for construction was passed down to his son, Jim, who also earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jim joined the company full-time in 2010, bringing his expertise and dedication to continue the family legacy. Wes Runge, another skilled professional with a Construction Management degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, joined the team in 2018.
