KEE Construction Services, Inc. is a Virginia and West Virginia licensed Class A contractor, with a Masters in Electrical and a Heavy Highway designation. We are a residential and commercial construction company that is committed to building relationships one project at a time. Our team is a dynamic group of professionals with full-time carpenters, electricians, painters, and a full site/utility division available to accommodate most any construction need.

We take pride in our ability to focus on both commercial and residential work, which we believe is one of our major strengths. We find that both types of construction are related and overlap each other in a way that is a value-add for all our customers. Our relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers are also very important to us.

The KEE Process

We believe that every client's project is very different, and so are its requirements. Our process is designed to meet and listen to our customer, aligning KEE with their vision from the very start. We gather all information needed to start the process of making your vision a reality. This process includes consultation, design, and build phases.

Consultation

During this process, we will meet and listen to our Customer, aligning KEE with their vision from the very start. We understand that every Client's Project is very different, and so are its requirements. We here at KEE are a very dynamic group that can work with you to move toward the end product you desire.

Design

Clients often come to us with plans, and we are prepared to make modifications as needed. When plans are not available, our Design Team can take accurate measurements and produce project-specific plans. In either case, much time is spent analyzing the plans to ensure the project meets the Client's expectations. Once a final layout is determined and plans are complete, we select local vendors and subcontractors that will provide the best product and pricing for the project. KEE's on-staff Designer can help with product selections to ensure the Client's vision and budget is met. We will provide you with a fixed price promise to perform the work and enter into an agreement to start work.

Build

KEE's Project Team will meet with the Client to review all project requirements before construction starts. This allows everyone to familiarize themselves with the project and its requirements. As the project progresses, meetings will be scheduled with the Client to discuss the status of the project, make any needed changes to the schedule, and make plans for the following week. The size and scope of the project will dictate the frequency of these meetings. During the construction process, KEE will work hard to provide you with great products and services. It's our goal to help the Client avoid change orders, meet budget requirements and be on time with construction.

Completion

Once the project is complete and all final punch out items are closed, KEE will walk the project with the Client to make sure all expectations have been met and they are 100% happy with our work. The project will be signed off on by the Client as complete and this will start KEE's exceptional Warranty process.

Warranty

KEE exceeds the standard 1-year residential home warranty with a 2-year warranty on all labor. For residential and commercial projects, KEE follows the manufacturer's warranties for all material and products. We provide a 1-year warranty on all commercial project labor. KEE wants you to have peace of mind and enjoy your investment. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with the end results and the services we offer.
