Our story began with Douglas LaClair, who founded the company with nothing but a ladder and a can of paint. Over the years, the company grew from a small painting contractor into the full-service general contractor it is today. In 1999, Douglas' daughter, Jennifer Toebe, became the majority owner and President of the company, marking a new era for LaClair Construction Services. Under Jennifer's leadership, the company has continued to grow and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

At LaClair Construction Services, we employ skilled Union Laborers, Carpenters, and Painters/Tapers who have a combined 100+ years of experience in the construction industry.
