Who We Are

MCC is a trusted name in industrial, commercial, and medical construction. Our employees are well-versed in all types of construction and tenant improvement scopes of work. We self-perform 90% of all of our work while competitively bidding all sub-trades such as HVAC, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, and Electrical.

As an American Building Company franchisee and an "A" rated ISN Networld certified firm, MCC offers full design services, including architectural, engineering (Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical), fire suppression design, site planning, and value engineering. Our business participation model changes to meet the client's goals and requests. We work on a fixed bid, time and material, or time and material with a cap basis to suit each individual client's needs.

What We Do

MCC has the capability of taking your project from concept to turnkey, walking you through every step of the process from design and permitting to construction and final occupancy. Our full-time office staff of 5, including two estimators, and our team of 20+ full-time tradespeople ensure that we deliver outstanding results. Each employee receives 30-hour OSHA safety training annually, ensuring the highest safety standards.

Our team can adapt to the specific needs of our clients through various procurement services, i.e., construction management, design-build, traditional general contractor, and pre-construction services.

Our History

Midwest Commercial Construction, LLC was formed in 2007 and is owned and operated by Gregory Dennis. Mr. Dennis brings a wide range of experience and passion for construction to Midwest. He has achieved solid results for his clients as a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator, managing projects from inception to completion. He has an understanding of cost management, value engineering, project scheduling, resolving project issues, subcontractor issues, and a comprehensive understanding of the complete construction cycle.
